Burrhus Frederic Skinner (1904-1990) is considered one of the fathers of behaviourism. He was a pioneer of experimental psychology and wrote numerous (and controversial) works on behaviour modification techniques, operant conditioning and programmed learning. He also did research in the area of organizational psychology.
